Compact hydraulic power pack HAWE HC 24 DT/1.1-AB 1 K P B300R-VB 01FM-N5-1-G 24 3 x 400 V 50 Hz to supply intermitently operated hydraulic circuits with pressurized fluid. There is a wide field of applications within tool machines, jig assemblies andgeneral mechanical engineering.

It consists of a radial piston pump driven directly via an eccentric bearing on the rotor shat or a gear pump. All this and the motor are enclosed in a one-unit casing which also serves as a tank.

The HAWE HC pump is located in thebotom part of the casing. The oil immersed drive motor, consisting only of shor-cut rotor and shrunk-in stator is located in the uppelpart of the casing. This compact design yields a considerable saving of the spatial requirements when compared with conventional hydraulic powelunits.

A price benefit is achieved by eliminating the coupling and bell housing. The motor can be loaded above its nominal peakoutput during the load cycles as it is only intended for intermittent service. The excess heat generated in the winding in this periodis accumulated in the oil volume and the casing and is dissipated during stand-still periods.
