PARKER 30RVP6072 Autoclave's RVP series relief valves feature a metal seat design, enabling safe and stable gas discharge at set pressures ranging from 3,000 psi (206 bar) to 75,000 psi (5,171 bar), with an operating temperature range of -423°F (-252°C) to 400°F (204°C). These precision relief valves of PARKER are designed for applications with low flow requirements, primarily involving thermal expansion or low-capacity relief under high pressure. Therefore, the fluid performance curves for these models are not displayed in the catalog.

Features and Benefits:

• Standard safety valve models are constructed from 316 stainless steel, with selected components made of wear-resistant stainless steel materials.

• Designed with "3/8" and "5/16" Parker Autoclave high-pressure inlet connections. Outlet connections are all "3/4" NPT internal threads. Although adapters for other sizes and connection types are available, they should be selected based on specific flow requirements.

• Orifice sizes range from 0.062 inches (1.57 mm) to 0.312 inches (7.92 mm).

• The valve opens as system pressure increases. Proper spring selection ensures repeatable opening, full lift, flow performance, and reset pressure.

• Material engineering and stringent quality control procedures are combined to achieve higher quality, stability, and service life. Each valve is preset and factory-sealed to ensure proper operation.

• A novel seat structure, combined with nozzle guidance and appropriate material selection, allows standard set pressures to reach 75,000 psi (5,171 bar).

• Designed to provide gas-tight shutoff.

• The RVS valve design minimizes the number of basic components, reducing spare parts inventory and facilitating maintenance.

• CE marking is provided. SOG options are available upon request.
