PARKER 919J-6-RED PTFE Hose with a steam cleanable Silicone Jacket provides a smooth, protective cover over the stainless wire reinforcement. PARKER 919J-6-RED Series Chemical-Resistant Smooth PTFE Hose offers excellent chemical compatibility and is suitable for applications with operating temperatures up to +232°C. The 919/919B hose assemblies are widely used in various applications, including but not limited to chemical transfer lines, high-temperature hydraulic and cooling system pipelines. The PTFE core tube prevents water molecule penetration and features one of the lowest coefficients of friction among known plastic products, thereby avoiding pressure drop losses and accumulation of contaminants.

PTFE hoses are more prone to cracking under stress or flexure compared to metal hoses. The 919 Series hose core tube is made of FDA-compliant natural PTFE and conforms to the SAE 100R14A standard, while the 919B Series hose core is manufactured from black electrostatic dissipative PTFE material, meeting the SAE 100R14B standard requirements. The Parker 919B Series hose can be used for transferring non-conductive fluids such as oils, paints, fuels, or steam. • The silicone outer cover makes the hose easy to clean and non-staining, while the wear-resistant polyurethane outer cover protects the stainless steel wire reinforcement from abrasion, wear-through, and contamination.
