TOKIMEC CVI-16-D20-M is used for petroleum-based hydraulic oil and water-glycol-based hydraulic oil. It is a cartridge insert for a cartridge valve, with a valve size specification of 16. Its function is normally closed, with an area ratio of 1:2, a maximum operating pressure of 35 MPa, and a rated flow rate of 200 L/min.

When the Tokimec CVI-16-D20-M cartridge insert is closed by pilot pressure, note that pilot pressure may leak to port B through the clearance between the sleeve and the spool.

In this TOKIMEC cartridge valve, when the valve is closed, with port A as the high-pressure side and port B as the low-pressure side, leakage from the AP port to port B may cause a drop in pilot pressure, potentially leading to unstable valve operation. To ensure stable valve operation, please design the circuit to provide sufficiently high pilot pressure or ensure that port B is the high-pressure side when the valve is in the closed state.
