HAWE LV series pressure valves are primarily used in accumulator loading circuits and circulating systems, such as test benches, accumulator load systems, and the hydraulic tools industry, among others.

HAWE LV20 D-180 direct-acting relief valve switches the pump's pressure oil to an unpressurized circulating state when the pressure reaches a set value. At this point, a check valve isolates the outlet side of the valve (i.e., the actuator side) from the circulating circuit, ensuring the actuator remains under pressure. When the pressure on the actuator side drops by approximately 13% (tolerance ±2%) from the set value, the valve interrupts the relief function, and the pump resumes supplying oil to the load.
