HYDAC WVT-12S-1 valve is a spherical poppet valve featuring two inlets (ports P1 and P2) and one outlet (port A). Its operating principle is as follows: the side with the higher pressure from the two inlets pushes the internal closing element (a steel ball), thereby automatically connecting to the common outlet while simultaneously blocking the other inlet with lower pressure. This "select-high" characteristic allows for automatic pressure selection without requiring external control.

In terms of design, the HYDAC WVT-12S-1 is constructed with a high-strength steel valve body and a roller bearing steel ball, making it robust. Its maximum working pressure reaches 350 bar, with a nominal flow rate of 80 liters per minute. The valve can be installed in any orientation, and its exterior features a zinc-plated finish for good environmental adaptability.
