The Japanese DAIKIN RP15A1-22-30 vane pump has a displacement of 14.8 cm³/rev and features pressure compensation control, with a low-pressure adjustment range of 2.5–7 MPa. Due to DAIKIN vertical installation configuration, vibration-damping pads cannot be effectively utilized. Therefore, the mounting bracket must possess sufficient rigidity to absorb structural vibrations. Insufficient rigidity may lead to noise or vibration issues.

The Japanese DAIKIN RP15A1-22-30 vane pump is integrated as a variable-displacement low-pressure pump within the motor unit. By employing low-noise technology, the operational noise is significantly reduced by 10–15 dB, while also improving sound quality. Compared to previous DAIKIN models, pulsation has been reduced by 50%.
