TOKYOKEIKI HC600-2 PT 3/8" Check Valve

TOKYOKEIKI HC600-2 PT 3/8" Check Valve

Construction: Precision cast or machined, typically from carbon steel or stainless steel.

Function: The TOKYOKEIKI Tokyo Keiki HC series check valve provides structural support and fluid passage.

Ports: PT 3/8" (BSPP - British Standard Pipe Parallel thread, requiring a sealing washer).

TOKYOKEIKI Key Components:

Valve Element: The core moving component, typically conical or spherical, made of hardened steel or engineering plastic. Responsible for sealing the fluid passage.

Seat: Forms the sealing pair with the valve element. Features a precision-machined surface or is embedded with wear-resistant material (e.g., copper alloy, PEEK) to ensure zero leakage or very low leakage ratings.

Return Spring: Provides the necessary preload force. Ensures rapid and reliable closure of the valve element when there is no forward pressure differential, preventing backflow.

Seals: Critical dynamic/static seals (e.g., O-Rings), typically made of Nitrile Rubber (NBR) or Fluoroelastomer (FKM), resistant to hydraulic oil and operating temperatures.

Operating Principle:

Forward Flow: When fluid enters the inlet port, the generated pressure overcomes the spring preload force and friction, pushing the valve element away from the seat to open the passage.

Closure & Backflow Prevention: When inlet pressure drops or ceases, or when outlet pressure exceeds inlet pressure (risk of backflow), the spring force rapidly returns the valve element to its position, pressing it tightly against the seat to block reverse fluid flow.
