2025 Mid-Autumn Festival & National Day Holiday Arrangements

As the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day approach, and in accordance with national statutory holiday regulations as well as the company's specific situation, the holiday arrangements for the 2025 Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day are hereby announced as follows:

I. Holiday Period

The holiday period is from Wednesday, October 1, 2025, to Wednesday, October 8, 2025, involving a total of 9 days off including workday adjustments.

Work will resume officially on Thursday, October 9, 2025.

II. Workday Adjustment Arrangements

Saturday, October 11, 2025, will be a regular working day.

III. Important Notes

Work Handover: Before the holiday, all department employees should properly complete their respective tasks, ensure documents are saved, and equipment is checked. Please make sure all windows, doors, and power switches are turned off.

Security Measures: Before leaving the office, please tidy up your personal work area and securely store any valuable items. Department heads are required to organize a comprehensive safety inspection prior to the holiday to eliminate potential hazards.

Duty Arrangements: During the holiday period, the company will assign designated personnel on duty to handle any urgent matters.

Maintain Availability: All employees are requested to keep their mobile phones switched on to facilitate communication in case of emergencies.
