OMFB HDS-12 bent-axis piston pump operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +140°C. Its optimized design ensures more constant loading on the bearings, thereby reducing pulsation and delivering smoother flow output. The improved suction port design contributes to lower noise levels. The rotating shaft drives the piston cylinder block via gear engagement, enabling the pistons to operate free from radial loads, which enhances their fatigue strength and service life.

The sliding surfaces are constructed from steel alloy and nitrided cast iron, extending the pump's operational life in hydraulic oil containing contaminants. The tapered roller bearings offer higher load-carrying capacity, allowing operation under higher working pressures. This design ensures the bearings remain consistently lubricated. An optional relief valve is available for equipment requiring continuous pump operation.
