MARZOCCHI 0.25 D30 Gear Pump

Marzocchi 0.25 D30 gear pump has a displacement of cm³/rev, a flow rate of 0.48 rev/min, a maximum working pressure of 230 bar, and a maximum speed of 7000 rpm. The working principle of the Marzocchi 0.25 D30 gear pump is as follows: for each rotation of the main shaft, a specific volume of fluid (theoretical displacement) is transferred from the inlet to the outlet. The working pressure depends on the fluid resistance in the outlet pipeline. Since the gear micro-pump only serves to transfer fluid, the actual pressure it withstands is determined by the hydraulic circuit.

Like all hydraulic equipment, the micro-pump requires power to operate (albeit limited). Part of this power is used to increase the pressure required by the circuit, while another part is used to overcome internal friction within the micro-pump. Therefore, to ensure proper operation of the micro-pump, the actual torque supplied must be greater than the theoretical torque.
