HAWE SB37G-90 Flow Limiter Valve

HAWE SB37G-90 flow limiter valve has an adjustable response flow range of 70 to 120 L/min and features an embedded pipeline-type housing structure. Its preset response flow is 90 L/min, with a maximum operating pressure of 315 bar.

The HAWE SB37G-90 flow valve is used in weight-loaded lifting mechanisms to suppress vibrations, and its characteristic curve shows a slight inclination in the load direction. Working principle: In the working flow direction F<-B, the flow rate remains largely constant, determined by the balance between the internally adjusted pressure drop and the spring preload force of the control spool.

In the HAWE reverse direction F->B, the flow is unrestricted. As the floating throttle spool retracts from its regulating position (eliminating the throttling function), the flow encounters minimal resistance, resulting in very low flow resistance.
