IFM MX5051 Speed Sensor

IFM MX5051 Speed Sensor is a non-contact detection device based on the Hall effect principle, primarily used for speed monitoring of metal gears. Its core function is to achieve precise detection of gear movement through a high switching frequency of up to 15,000 Hz.

The IFM MX5051 sensor features a PNP normally open output, a sensing distance of 1.7 mm, and stable operation in ambient temperatures ranging from -32°C to 85°C. Its housing offers protection ratings of IP 65, IP 68, and IP 69K, allowing it to withstand demanding industrial environments.

The product design supports quick installation via a flange adapter. This sensor model is widely applied across various industries, including geology and mining, road and rail transit, aerospace, tobacco, chemicals, petroleum, and electrical sectors.
