Notice on the Dragon Boat Festival Holiday Arrangement

To all departments and staff of the company:

In accordance with the requirements of the Notice on the Arrangement of Some Holidays in 2026 (Guobanfa Dian [2025] No.7) issued by the General Office of the State Council and released on gov.cn, combined with the actual operation of the company, the matters regarding the 2026 Dragon Boat Festival holiday are hereby notified as follows:

I. Holiday Period

The holiday will run from June 19, 2026 (Friday, the 5th day of the 5th lunar month) to June 21, 2026 (Sunday), totaling 3 days, with no make-up work required.

Normal work shall resume on June 22, 2026 (Monday).

II. Work Arrangements

All departments shall complete work handovers and safety inspections before closing time on June 18, turn off unnecessary power supplies and close doors and windows to ensure the safety of company property.

Departments on duty during the holiday shall arrange on-duty personnel, keep communication unblocked, and promptly report and handle any emergencies.

Key posts such as customer service and production shall make advance plans for business continuity during the holiday to ensure stable services and production.

III. Kind Reminders

Please pay attention to traffic safety when traveling during the holiday, arrange work and rest reasonably, maintain a healthy diet, and spend a safe and pleasant Dragon Boat Festival.
